Lightrees Group was born from a mission to unlock the hidden potential of idle assets—starting with properties that were left empty, unmanaged, or underperforming. Since 2018, we’ve helped transform vacant land, houses, buildings, and even entire business units into fully operational and profitable ventures. What began as a consulting service has now grown into a group of specialized companies focused on automation, education, property management, and investment—under one shared goal: to make assets work harder, smarter, and automatically.
Today, Lightrees Group manages over 80 revived projects with more than Rp 5 billion in monthly cashflow, serving 120+ property owners with fully automated systems. From eReception to ERP integration, we combine property intelligence with smart tech to deliver scalable results. As we prepare for IPO in 2026, our vision is to build a global ecosystem where properties, businesses, and people grow together—powered by automation, driven by purpose.

2018
Josshhua started as a consulting initiative to help SMEs and property owners systemize operations and turn idle assets into productive ventures.
2020
Tested and proved the Property Automation Model during the pandemic. Launched key units like Lightech (Automation) and Xpreneur Institute (Education).
2022
Revived 30+ idle assets. Introduced e-Reception, Smart Lock, ERP, and full automation systems. Built Morroi and Fitand Office as business units.
2024
Reached 80+ projects, over Rp 5B monthly cashflow, and 120+ clients. Strengthened governance and started pre-IPO roadmap under PT LCI (Lightrees Holding).
2025
Restructuring into a fully investable, automated, and scalable ecosystem. Targeting IPO and international expansion as a global player in Property x Tech x Automation.
